I remember all star panthers being a classic team for me, also river city all stars believe theme routine! Anyone have a video of that btw

Rememebr the old school co-ed stunt "fountain" Im not sure if the rest of the country called it this, but we at Palomar College though we made it up and called it the fountain. We balled it up and it was in our UCA nationals routine. It is basically laying back flat with one leg up, then we would double from that or bird front out.

You mean Youth Silver. Please please please don't get them mixed up with Youth Elite. (I say that with a smile)
I think the answer to your question is yes. I've heard they have some pretty talented athletes there, beyond the tv nonsense.

This is embarrassing . I have no idea why I said youth elite. I guess I just automatically think of the more advanced one when youth comes up.. I meant youth silver!!
I wish that show would focus on the talented athletes then instead of all te drama..

Hey guys,
I'm desperately looking for a video I saw somewhere: The flyer was doing the (I call it) old school (inverted) needle like so (but in a stunt)
But the amazing thing was, that she doubled down out of the stunt.
If anyone knows, where or how to find it, that would be awesome. I'm at a loss because googling "needle double down" doesn't exactly get me anywhere.
