yes a lot of their tumbling is underrotated but its obvious they're just learning. i mean i couldnt do any better soo

That's absolutely ridiculous. The technique is so poor. Those doubles should all still be working on fixing their fulls on a tumble track. That's not even ready for a spring floor. Ughh...

And this is the reason why the deductions were so high at Worlds for under rotated tumbling!! If CTR was posting this video to brag about their level 5 tumbling, they need to go back to coach's school. That was some scary stuff. I find it funny that most of the tumbling passes shown in that video cut out the landings. I can only imagine what the unedited version looks like.

I didn't even make it through the whole video. When legs that are bent and/or crossed in twisting it makes me cringe...it's a HUGE pet peeve of mine. Not to mention the landings. Why post a video that looks so rough? Just have some clean fulls (if there are any) or just wait until the skills are perfected...or cleaner.....OR SAFE.

If the USASF felt like eliminating double fulls, they'd just have to use this video as an example of 'dangerous tumbling.' More like dangerous coaching!

I couldn't even make it through the whole video. The sloppy execution and terrible technique gave me the heeby-jeebys..
