it wouldnt make sense to completely change a teams name just because they switch divisions, i think it would just further confuse people if they did it that way.

In my head it makes sense because I have a constant need to organize things. If Twisters has a large team they should be F5, if not they should be something else because I'm OCD and that makes sense in my jumbled brain.

I was unaware that the majority of their athletes had aged out. I made my guess purely on the fact that Twisters, as a whole, had an atypical (or what seemed atypical) year for them at Worlds. As far as I know, they did not medal in any division. It was hardly a bad showing- heck, 4th in Large Senior is nothing to sneeze at and is worth twice of almost any other division. Just not the results they might have wanted. Hopefully they do what Cheer Athletics did- refine their program, redefine their goals and reset the technique on the whole across the board. A cleaner, more together Twisters program. I'm excited to see what they do.

Medium senior is going to be fantastic.

Well there is now posts about ACES looking for a few more girls... so if you have level 5 skills and wanna be an ACE you still have a chance!

But then you'd have people saying "where's F5" and just more and more confusion. I get that F5 is like the largest on the scale but I never really thought it had to do with them being large I always thought of F5 meaning the strongest team. Like they are strong in any division. Just my thoughts.

I'm seriously giggling at the "Well, they'll still be good in medium". Um...Do you not realize who is on the team? THEY'LL BE 100X STRONGER IN MEDIUM. Think about the 7 flyers they have in the air. It's going to be RIDICULOUS. Do I think they'd still be able to hang in large and give everyone a run for their money? Absolutely. But why not be THE standout in a division, like Panthers were in 2012?

for me this could not be any better , now i only have to deal with two of my favorite Teams in one division :cheering:

I'm praying that they're cleaner with 6 less girls, and slay everyone. I predict this to be my new favorite division.

Honestly I doubt the decision to go medium was SOLEY about F5. I wouldn't just say F5 is stacked but WG and Reign are too. The athletes are probably dispersed in the best combination for THE GYM as a whole so they can have all three be successful.
