After practice I come home with my back killing me and my wrist as well! Does anyone know a solution to this issue rather than ice and/or Icey hot? Thanks
I take Ibuprofen, then hot shower. I will use a heating pad and then alternate with ice each for 15-20 mins. To avoid it, like she said above, stretch directly after practice and drink lots of water

If I were you, I'd go see a chiropractor about it. Even if your back doesn't hurt a lot, it could get worse, and better safe than sorry. I wish I had gone to a chiropractor once my back started hurting but I didn't and now I'm 19 years old and spent most of my day in bed the other day because my back hurt too bad to get up.
