After practice I come home with my back killing me and my wrist as well! Does anyone know a solution to this issue rather than ice and/or Icey hot? Thanks:)

I take Ibuprofen, then hot shower. I will use a heating pad and then alternate with ice each for 15-20 mins. To avoid it, like she said above, stretch directly after practice and drink lots of water
 
Stretch before you go to bed. It won't hurt as bad in the morning and if your wrists are bothering you be your coach to wrap them or get a brace.

If I were you, I'd go see a chiropractor about it. Even if your back doesn't hurt a lot, it could get worse, and better safe than sorry. I wish I had gone to a chiropractor once my back started hurting but I didn't and now I'm 19 years old and spent most of my day in bed the other day because my back hurt too bad to get up.
