High School Special needs fundraiser ideas

So at my school we have a spirit squad, which is a team of girls from the special needs program. They learn cheers and go to different sporting events throughout the year (cross country, freshman football, swimming etc) and cheer them on. I'm in charge of it this year and I'd really like to get them t shirts and bows. The problem is that a lot of these girls come from low income families and I'm having trouble coming up with fundraising ideas that they can all help with. I'd LOVE any ideas! Thanks so much!

Hey guys, so I came up with an idea. If I were to sell a white boy with a gold lightning bolt on it for 5 dollars would you guys buy it? I'm going to try and see if I can get ribbon donated so I can sell them on Etsy to raise money.

I'm not sure selling a white boy is the right thing to do.

In other options have you ever contacted The Sparkle Effect? The help special needs teams in high schools with all the things you're asking about. If you haven't let me know and I'll give you their contact info.

Oops, major typo! And yes, that is something I will consider! I'm going to talk to my coach at practice tonight to see if she has any ideas.

I looked at the grant section and it says they don't help "segregated" teams :/

So everyone knows: they use that term to describe special needs only teams.

Just because they don't do grants doesn't mean they won't have ideas to help.
