Any advice on an inversion up to half?

I'm trying to get our girls to work on a stunt that's been extremely challenging for them. (I have a video on my phone, but not sure how to upload it to the app, so I could use help on that as well, lol!)

I want to have a flyer do a front walkover into the arms of two main spots that push her up to a half onto the two main bases. There is a back spot as well, but we can't seem to get the flyer up there. I'm about to give up, but figured I'd post here as a last resort. Any advice?

TIA!

When we do these we usually have the backspot turn around and squat with feet staggered facing the flyer. The flyer does her front walk over towards the backspot. When the flyer's hands hit the ground and she hits a handstand, the backspot grabs her waist and powerfully lifts her up and over her head. After she extends her arms all the way through and the flyer is in her prep, she then turns around to grab her ankles for the prep. Also when the flyer hits her handstand, the bases grab the bottom of her shoe with their far hand and the back of her calf with their near hand as soon as they are able to reach and help the backspot lift. The flyer has to really engage her core because it's kind of like a giant sit-up, but way tighter! She also needs to really push off the ground as she is being lifted up. Her legs should never bend unless you want to go to smush. I've hit it straight to extension before. I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I'm pretty sure this is a level 2 appropriate inversion.

We've done this but into load in position. Then go up.
Bases stay normal. Back spot turns like the secondary base is. The flyer does a front walkover. The back spot supports her lower back and grabs the back of her thigh to help her up. The bases caught the left foot (because we were going into a switch up but it could be right) and the back spot moved into correct position to go up.

Thanks for the input!

Just to clarify, it sounds like you're only using 2 main bases, 1 back spot and a flyer (5 total) to get this to work? We have 7 total (2 main, 2 secondary, 1 back & a flyer), and are having trouble. :/ We had the secondary bases facing the flyer, but it sounds like the back spot should be facing her as well. That might be the key!

I'm assuming this is done in one fluid motion (no bounce after the flyer comes over, before she becomes upright)? The goal is to get her right up to a half, then up to lib/arabesque

Finally, what ages are/were your girls when you did this? Our girls are 11U & I'm hoping this works!

Thanks again!

We used a main base, secondary base, and back spot. Although we just went to load in, we went straight into the next stunt.
Our bases face each other like normal. The back spot is right beside the secondary base facing the same way.
Flyer does front walkover to load in. Bounce. Up in air.

We're high school. I was a sophomore with a sophomore back spot, senior main base, and junior secondary base.

here's a video of my squad doing it last year. the stunt is close to the end. we went to a load in position. we, like others have mentioned, only used the two main bases, a backspot, and a flyer. It needs to be one fluid motion from the moment your flyer starts the walkover, not only does this give her momentum, but it also helps it be a smooth transition. It's key that the flyer positions herself to be in a handstand as close to the backspot as possible. My backspot made sure that she grabbed waist and pulled her up and over and used her one shoulder to help with the weight. My side bases grabbed the toe of the flyer with their arm furthest away from the flyer and also helped grab her waist to help pull her over.
