Yes. IndustryNews on twitter tweeted it out and said it was how cheerleaders were "supposed" to twerk. Um, ok.

I've noticed quite a few of these "cheer industry" type of twitter accounts are clearly run by kids - or at least they tweet like they're kids. and one I can tell is an adult but they're pretty snarky and mean sometimes to the kids who tweet them.
