I'm a main base. You need a lot of leg strength as well as arm strength. I like 2 do pushups, dips, and hold a weight on my shoulders and lift it up and down over my head 2 pretend like I am putting my flyer in a extension for my arms. For my legs I like 2 do squats, wall sits, and lunges. Also when ur basing keep ur back straight and don't arch.
