I watch videos of teams and I've never noticed it! and ours don't have extra length.
I know people just don't make it up, but we have the exact same stretchy spandex material and don't have a problem.
I'm not trying to get in an argument. just saying something I was curious about.

this rule can be enforced i don't really care. by the 15-16 season i'm gonna be on a senior team anyways.
