Sadly, I did watch it. That's why if they showed their 5s, the technique better have improved. ACX should lend their chiropractor to CTR because there is definitely no revolution in those tumbling skills.

oh yay.

Oh my, I just pulled up their IG and there is a pic of a 3 year old with her back handspring....unless i'm reading it incorrectly (which is so possible)

No your not mistaken...that is Chanlee the youngest.

Somebody let me know when the US Finals episode comes on. I can't wait to see how they piece that tragedy together.
And keep an eye out for that random, fierce, blonde lady on the stage during awards. I meant I was TV show-bombing, and I really hope I made the cut.

From my POV...the team competed, and ended up with some sort of deductions (obviously they had a heads-up prior to awards.) I went out the back door of the arena for some (ahem) quiet time before awards - since the place was packed with Youth-aged athletes waiting and waiting and waiting for awards. As I stood outside the back door, I watched as the coach, another person and a camera crew walked, or stomped, rather, back and forth, no fewer than three times (presumably to get the right shot.) The look on coach's face was angry, and a security person sort of chuckled as he told me to remain standing back by the building. I assured him I was NOT interested in an autograph.
Anyway, when awards finally got underway, Youth Silver placed 4th or 5th or something. So, my take on it was that coach was PO'd about scores, made a show of stomping off to the judges to protest, and that's what I witnessed behind the building. I could be dead wrong, but I'm curious to see.
I think the thing that irritated many of us was the room on the side of the arena that was reserved for that team and the fact that we had to wait forever for awards with a bajillion tired youth-aged kids because of a stank TV show. Frankly, we just wanted to go home.
