if you're shooting back out of the bhs onto your butt, then the first thing to probably work on is making sure out of your bhs you rebound straight up. just do round off bhs rebound up. after that just booty a layout or tuck on the end. but as you add that skill make sure you snap your legs down in your bhs, stand straight up rebound skyward and then add the skill. if your rebound is going up, then all you extra power will go up, leading you from instead of falling on your butt to getting more height in the performed skill.
