I was about to say one thing I think is great is that although senior elite do take one flyers who are 12 they then seem to be able to keep them flying until they age out or stop cheering and be competitive

i would love if junior teams could opt to go after a bid even if they knew they werent going to be competing directly against juniors but against seniors in their coed or all girl division. I think it would be sooo refreshing and exciting!

And people can take this however but I think Junior 5 keeps some of these kids grounded. I noticed a rise in the amount of 12 year old "cheerlebrities" around the same time Juniors went out of style and these kids started getting used to pitch in the air.
I think the experience is something they should have...so we need a comp for them or let them back into Worlds in a limited capacity.

yes! this is when i first heard about them and i've loved them since! i remember sitting watching them amazed that i hadn't heard of them earlier!

Yup 3 of the 9 flyers this year for SE are seniors. I love it.
 




Maybe the Summit will bring teams like this to the forefront. I hope so. Although, I suspect that Worlds and "The One Ring That Rules Them All" will continue to be the goal.
