Its not at some competitions. It would be illegal of it was a well executed extension roll. If its passes through the handstand without stopping then it would be ok.

Kind of reminds me of WCSS's 2011-2012 routine in the beginning with the back handsprings, toe touch over person, and 2 to doubles.

A bounder is when you punch of the floor like a punch front, but land in a handstand position then step out like a front handspring, if that makes sense

After replying I was like, OOOOOH! Because at my gym we call them bouncers.

A girl I coach on my level 3 squad does this tumbling pass. You could always make it a little more creative with a front walkover round-off BHS tuck instead of just round-off tuck.

the standing pass my team did in our opening a few years ago


idk if this is private but this is what we originally did but we changed it cause it was sloppy. i think it could be cool if you get a good

Question....can a level 3 team max out standing tumbling without ro bhs step out ro bhs tucks? Say the team has different combinations of jumps to handsprings, 3 standing handsprings, etc

I believe so. On the varsity scoresheet under standing tumbling it says you need to have the majority of your team performing 1 level appropriate pass and a level appropriate jump/tumbling combo and under the examples it says series handsprings and jump hs combo.

Toe touch toe touch handspring handspring step out round off back handspring tuck.


My old team did tried that.
