Nope I have only ever lived in North Jersey and we have always called it Taylor Ham. In fact if you go into any shop around here it is called Taylor Ham they even mark it THEC +SPK which stands for Taylor Ham, egg and cheese with salt pepper Ketchup.
Thank you!!! I replied to the South Jersey Taylor Ham/anywhere else pork roll rule and I live in Bergen County which is definitely not South Jersey, everywhere around here it is called Taylor Ham.

On the topic of pronunciation, I hear a lot of people call Walmart, Wally World. That honestly drives me insane because it's Walmart.

i live in a beach town.. which isn't exactly north or south Jersey. and i've always been told there's no such thing as central jersey :p so i have no idea what the rest of the state calls it. here, it's pork roll. you order a PEC for breakfast at the bagel store. the pre-sliced packages that you can buy in the grocery store are also labeled "Pork Roll" not taylor ham.

and if we're getting really, really technical... taylor ham is a brand of porkroll. just sayin'
