High School Jv Cheerleading Rules

I just started assistant coaching my sister's jv squad a few months ago and if there's a book, I'd like to see one too!

NFHS has a Spirit Book that they put out each year. It outlines rules and regulations that MOST states require you to follow. Check with your governing body over high school sports in New York.
Also, AACCA has some great resources but your New York sports association for high schools should have rules outlined as to what they allow or don't or simply state what rules they follow.
