OT Abs>>> How To Obtain Them?!please Help Me

I.want.abs.

Im a pretty routine person, so doing whatever exercises I need to do every night won't be a problem :)

BUT *audience holds breath*

I need exercises that are effective!! I do thirty min of cardio every night so that plus ab exercises may really help!! I just need really effective exercises!!!

I can't speak to specific exercises, but you could do 1000 sit ups a day and it wouldn't matter if you aren't eating healthy. For a great majority of people, having the abdominal muscles show is probably somewhere around 75% what you eat opposed to how much you work out. This means no (or very very limited) soda, fast food, junk foods, etc.
 
Abs come from what you eat, not what you do. Try switching to Paleo, that should do the trick.
 
Cheer Abthletics - ex-cp has done it and it really works.
But as everyone else has said, without the right diet your abs will never see the light of day.
 
I agree with @MissBee in that abs are made in the kitchen, however I do not think going "paleo" is the only answer to get your abs. Make sure you're getting more of a 30/30/40 ratio of Protein/ Fats/Carbs and that should be better that whatever you're doing without tracking them.
