would love some team bonding _ building activities for the girls to do to get to know each other and help realize they need each other to succeed thanks a bunch

A great way for team bonding is a sleepover with the whole team at the gym, house, or at a hotel! It's really fun! You can do team shirts and team baking or a dance party! Have fun with it and good luck!

i hosted a team sleepover and we did a scavenger hunt where I paired the girls who didn't talk to each other as much as others together and it was sort of an amazing race type of thing. everyone loved it and we bonded heaps!

I always wanted to have a team bonding where everyone stays either in a hotel or an overnight at a gym (if allstar).

Bowling, out for ice cream, or anything along those lines. If you have a trampoline park near you, those are so much fun! Steer away from movies, because you don't really get to talk!

Depending on what time of the year it is you could do different things! My team just had a pool party at one of my teammates house! It was soo much fun! We also had a scavenger hunt! You could do a team dinner/snack, after practice everyone go to a Restaurant or ice cream shop or something! Gym sleepovers are really fun too!

Our gym does sleepovers, water park trips, theme parks, beach, cookouts, and I think the littlest went to a pottery painting place. We have a place nearby that has a ropes course and rock climbing walls. I always thought haunted house/trails would be fun for the older ones. I think one of our older teams is going to a theme park's Halloween thing. If you can get the owners or coaches to agree, I have also thought it would be cool to have a blacklight dance party with glowsticks at the gym. I think that would be best for tweens. Of course you would want any bonding activity to be cellphone and ipod free. Leave the picture taking up to the adults.
No sense in having bonding if everyone is just going go be glued to gadgets the whole time.

We did a team sleepover with a bonfire, and made our spirit stick. Then we watches cheer movies and did random team bonding games. It was super fun!

Spirit Sisters is a great way to help the girls bond! I assign the girls to each other, and they do small things for each other, maybe leave a small gift along with clues as to who they are.

We also bake cookies for the football team together and paint the runthroughs together every week, great way to bond.
