Is it legal for flyers to do a full twist while flipping and connected by one arm to the back spot?

Starts in sponge, bases dip and throw-- completely relasing, flyer does a full twisting front layout while holding the hand of the back spot the entire time and is caught in a cradle.

I believe in level 3 it is only legal if connected by two hands, where this is done with only one hand connected.

Ah I didn't realise it would be different depending on how many hands are connected. I can't see why it wouldn't be legal at level 4 but someone else will be able to say for definite.

Hi there, about that skill, found this in USASF Rules Site | Rules from Les Stella in LEVEL 4:
D. During transitions, at least one base must remain in contact with the top person. (Back spot holding the hand of the top person meets this requirement because became a base during this transition. See "spotter" in glossary)
C. Twisting mounts and transitions:
1. Twisting mounts and transitions to prep level and below are allowed up to 1-½ twisting rotations by the top person in relation to the performing surface. (The transition starts in sponge and end in a cradle, so "prep level and below" is meeted and is a full twist, less than 1-1/2)
I. L4 Stunts-Inversions
1. Extended inverted stunts allowed. Also, see “Stunts” and “Pyramids.” (No other restrictions about how the top person need to be holded or how many twisting rotations like in L3 Stunts-Inversions/Exceptions)

So, I think is legal for L4.

Hope this info can help you.
