My former-cp LOVES this song and has been playing it non-stop, so I have been hearing it quite a lot around the house and car. It is a great song. I have decided that Miley's VMA performance was for shock value and her continued efforts to distance herself from the Disney Days. She definitely achieved that and crossed my poor taste line, but I will continue to believe she will come through this all and not wind up like Amanda Bynes.

I found this awesome forum...don't know if you've heard of it or not but it's called: allnurses.com and they have forums by nursing college/school, state, city, area and it is sooo cool seeing what everyone's talking about!! Where do you live? I'm hoping to get into TWU (texas women's university) one of the best nursing schools in the nation, and they only let about 110 people in every semester in the Dallas location...super competitive but i'm trying to not let it scare me :) my backup plan is UTA (university of texas at arlington) but TWU is my top choice :) Good luck to you in the journey of becoming an RN! I'm so stoked!!!! :D

Felt extremely proud of myself this week...(some of you may of read this on fbook)
Ive been selected to be in All County Chorus 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th, and now will continue for my 12th grade year, yay! And there's this group called "Superintendent's Own", that is very selective and performs the same night. Each school in the county selects a quartet, one student on each voice part, usually whom they think will best represent the choral program. I've been working so hard, and I was selected to be in our school's quartet as the Soprano (highest female voice). So excited. :)

So because of back to school, the shoe store I work at is insanely busy right now, and yesterday, today, tomorrow, and Sunday, I work 12 hour days..... Sick.
