I believe a gym is cheating... Big time, they do EXTREME sandbagging and way to much doing double team on one team, is this a rule for this year if so I'd like to contact the USASF to inform them about this gym, I'm not saying names but I am sure of this! Thank you

also, if they haven't competed yet this season, the USASF won't care. you can't prove that a gym is going to cheat 3 months from now.

and unless the kids are performing on more than 3 teams per competition, or competing out of their legal age brackets, dropping levels and/or cross competing are not illegal. sorry.

I pretty sure I know someone who does 3 teams at her gym, I'm not sure about this though. What would happen of the judges found out

Every kid in the gym could double team, and it wouldn't be illegal. You can compete 3 times at the same competition, and it's not illegal. How about you worry about your own gym, cause so far, none of this is rule breaking.

You may wish to double check the rules before you start throwing accusations. So far nothing you've indicated is illegal.

You may also want to wait until they hit the mat, since they can practice any way they want.

You could have a sr 5 athlete on sr 1 and it would not be illegal. What you can't do is have a 16 year old on a junior team or a 10 year old on a Worlds team. So unless athletes are competing outside their age bracket it is not illegal. Distasteful maybe... but not illegal.

Yes I understand that, but I thought they are making a rule that says only 6 crosscompetors on a team

During the last rules cycle there was discussion about limiting the amount of crossovers on each team, but it never became a rule. The only competition that has crossover limitations that I am aware of is NCA. You may have up to 5 athletes crossover to another team within the same level (i.e. Jr 5 and Sr 5).
Sandbagging is frustrating, and many teams do it, but it is not cheating. It can, however, give your gym a pretty bad reputation (there was an incident a couple of years ago where two teams blatantly sandbagged and got ripped apart - rightfully so IMO).
