I'm kind of getting tired of all the exclusive competitions being for level 5 only. Yeah, I get it, level 5 is the best of the best, but I think the other levels should get some, too.

In order to run a large-scale "exclusive" competition (I assume you are talking about Champions League and the like), you need money. In order to make money, you need spectators. In order to bring in spectators outside of family/friends, you need well known and popular teams. Level 5 & 6 teams are the ones that bring in fans both at the venue and via live stream, and thus provide the resources needed to run such an event. This is the way it is in any sport (the top-tier teams are the ones with big national/international scale competition).

well for level 5 theres worlds, majors and league of champions

for other levels and restricted an j5 there us finals, all level champions, and summit

so there pretty equal the level 5 ones are just much more talked about and get a gym well known

All Level Champions is now the Summit...

I think "exclusive" competitions should be level 5+. Time to separate teams, lvls, ages some. I know the world (not just cheer) is everyone wins but come on. Senior level 5 is the peak of All-Star cheerleading and showing separation isn't a bad thing. Remember all of the athletes on those teams started somewhere. I think Summit is a great option but then again it's got Worlds athletes too

i like that they separate levels and have exclusive competitions. if there were exclusive competitions for every level that would defeat the purpose. that's almost like saying it's not fair that only the best athletes get to go to the olympics

I know this was not the topic of the original post, but I didn't want to start a new thread since there are so many right now dealing with these Invitational competitions. I'm wondering what everyone thinks we will actually see on the mat. The video for The Revolution asks "Are you ready? Bring your creativity. Bring your Innovation." Sounds to me that all bets are off and teams will be encouraged to push the envelope on what is possible. With no limitations of the Varsity rules will the teams be putting skills on the mat that we won't see at any other competition? The Champions League will certainly have the same liberty since they are functioning outside the constraints of the Varsity system. This certainly could increase the interest of the diehard cheerleading fan. How creative can these teams afford to be since they will be subject to those restrictions at virtually every other completion they attend. Can a team build a routine for just these two competitions while remaining competitive and still preparing for Wirlds?

Edit box won't come up so I'll add here: that can easily be done and changed back if you're just talking about changing up tumbling passes.
