Edit box won't come up so I'll add here: that can easily be done and changed back if you're just talking about changing up tumbling passes.

Not necessarily just tumbling, but stunting too. The stunts that were being shown in the promo video are amazing and definitely illegal for a L5 team. What else might be thrown out the window? Age restrictions? Male/Female ratios for coed teams? Is anything off limits theoretically?

I would say at least for CL anything is game to be changed if its something that the majority of those gym owners are against. It's their competition so they can do whatever they like. I would think that would be a reflection of how those owners would like it to look in a "perfect world."

And this is all speculation. I know I have a cp competing in basically all these but I have heard nothing about rules etc. that were discussing.

I think the exclusive competitions are cool because I get to see my favorite teams go against each other more, but I just don't like the secrecy, lack of information, and the "I know something you don't know, but get excited even though you don't know anything" attitude that seems to lately accompany all of these events. It just makes me lose interest and overhypes them for me.

This argument is similar to College Sports too. Football and Basketball get more attention, scholarships, benefits than the other sports. This is because they bring in Revenue.

If gyms have multiple level teams where they can send a Level 5 to an exclusive competition, that team has a possibility of winning which can result in prize money and exposure for the entire gym, boosting the whole program. Just like if a college football team goes to the BCS Bowl game, the cross country team benefits through their school being seen on a national level and the money being earned split up among the teams to be improved on.
