OT Signing Up For Cheer Live

Anyone else having issues signing up for Cheer Live this morning? I have Tweeted them. Tried IE and Google Chrome. I really want them to succeed. I love having the opportunity for a reasonable price to watch the Web casts. I hope they can get it together and be a success today. A former teammate of CP's moved to Austin and there are some Florida girls excited about seeing their teammate today via the Web.

You have no idea how crazy this makes me. I REALLY want to watch CA and CEA showcases but I will not use Cheer Live for this very reason. The feed has often been so bad it is almost impossible to watch and it is just as impossible to get any customer service. Why do these gyms and EPs keep using him when there are so many other options available?

Now can get to the signup page but error 1010. It says it's not a secure page. Hope all of my cards are not getting charged each time I have tried a different one.

If you enter the promo code CA, does it let you watch for free and then if I cancel my account after, would I not get charged?

Agreed. He does not deliver on his product and you cannot cancel it because there is never anyone to contact. Not sure why he continues to get hired and why viewers continue to pay for his services knowing that others have had so many problems.

Because that's the allstar cheer way. Many companies in cheer offer a substandard product and continue to make money. It never ceases to amaze me. People complain about certain EPs (especially one here in IL) and yet they sign up for those same comps the following year. Uniforms, Cheer Live... it never ends.
