$150 for the uniform, $80 (maybe $100??? Can't exactly remember) for warmups, $17 for the bow :) we are a VERY small gym, only one cheer team, and the cheer team started last year!

Youth and Junior are around 150 Euros for the uni, Seniors about 220 Euros. The unis usually last at least 3 seasons, the last ones were worn about 10 years although I don't see that happening again.

Warm-ups (mandatory) are around 50 Euros.

We know GT good program very respectful :). Great sportsmanship from GT

I have heard of your gym. Unfortunately, I don't believe that I have ever gotten to see them while we were with Spirit Elite. Actually Platinum was actually the first all star gym I had ever heard of.

We have only been with GT for 3 weeks. I like them because they are small. Spirit Elite was just too big for us. Last season, they were the largest gym in Missouri. Not sure if they are the biggest again this year, but I imagine that they are because they had a huge enrollment increase this season.

I am happy to see that you had nice things to say about them. So far they have been nothing but wonderful to both me and my CP.

So far, I have spent $900 on competition uniforms. I pulled my daughter out of Spirit Elite this summer just 2 weeks after I purchased the competitive uniform ($400 for the comp uniform and bow). At GT, it was $500...which included uniform, shoes, bow, warmup, and bag.

My daughter is 9 as well and she gets 2 year out of the uniform. I noticed we are in the same area, My CP cheers at Platinum Athletics.
My CP is 10- we even got 3 years out of her tiny uniform- I try to buy a little bigger, fold the sleeves under and once even put an extra button in the skirt... (not that I am frugal or anything...)- wish cheer shoes were the same story-LOL!

I know! We went through 3 pairs of cheer shoes last season (she outgrew her first pair in the first 8 weeks). $90 per pair. Not cool! lol

Our old gym would not let us get a uniform that did not fit "perfectly" when they were fitted. They were fitted in July. By the time they had their first competition a few months later, it was already too small for my CP. Which made it look really bad for their last competition in April.

Same here - and i guess we will have them at least 3 seasons. No way parents are gonna pay every year for a new one over here.

Ours where paid with the money we earned doing paid performances. But they belong to the team and not the athletes.
Over here people are throwing fits, if they have to pay 50€ for practice wear once every couple of years. It's a little ridiculous. No tuition, no other costs except 10 € a month! Well...

I thinks ours were $ 275-$300. The bigger gyms like ours get a bigger discount. I think our uniforms are changing next year. Lets face it, most gym owners are making at least $ 100 off each uniform. It is a cash cow for the owners.

My daughter went to what I would consider a large gym (13 teams and around 350 cheerleaders). Their comp uniform this year was still $400! I guess we didn't get a discount. :)
Your gym owner got another paid vacation. I would guess that they profited at least $ 20,000 or more just on the uniforms for that many cheerleaders.

@Hotcheerfan Why don't change gyms if you think this is happening? I know at our gym that is definitely not the case, and I'm sure that's not the case at most gyms. Of course running a gym is a business, but most owners are trying to make it as affordable as possible. You'd be surprised at how much some of the designs are. I'm sure a uniform like F5's was right around $400, but it's GK and there were 10 billion stones on it. We had no stones on ours, and it's pretty simple, and still was $200.
