I've had good luck (size-wise) with Lane Bryant boots. Quality isn't fantastic, but they serve their purpose and always fit my ginormous calves.
Ugh...I hate it when I find some super cute boots and they don't fit over my calves. It's so disappointing not to be able to zip up those suckers. I want to just throw them.

Can someone please explain mums to me? I honestly don't get it. Why are they so big? Is there a relation of the bigness of them to something? What are they for? Why are there teddy bears all over them? I'm very puzzled. Very, very puzzled. Don't they hurt your neck? Some of them are huge. We don't have anything like that in NY lol.

Amen to that. We don't have anything in Missouri either. In fact, homecoming is like nbd here but in the south (possibly everywhere else) it's huge. Like here, you're lucky if your date even asks you in person. Like two people have done cute things but the rest of the population is just like "eh I guess I'll go with her/him". A lot of my friends don't even go. Meanwhile, elsewhere it's like "omg I got asked to homecoming in this huge way and he got me this huge mum and I'm so excited my dress is super fancy"

I hate when I go to the mall and those guys at the kiosk literally look like they want to attack me with their straighteners to show me how well their straightener can straighten my already naturally pin straight hair..

One time a lady curled half my hair (which I straighten every day) and then stopped. Yeah so that's a really good look to walk around with.

My school doesn't do anything for homecoming. Literally nothing. Theres a game that maybe 7% of the school goes to and then everyone goes home.

Homecomings are HUGE in Texas... if i can dig up a picture of my senior mum ill post it, it's really common in the southern states more than anywhere!

I love reading my 14 year old sister's tweets and cringing for her. One day she'll rediscover them and want to die in the same way I did when I found my old MySpace page. Bless her <3

We had this too, when I was a teenager. Except we called it a "diary," we actually hand-wrote all of that embarrassing stuff, and no one in the free world would ever have to know.
Good luck with that whole technology thing.

When my big sister found my diary I quickly stopped writing one! So then the most logical thing was to start plastering my embarrassing self all over the Internet. Teenage me was so smart!

I have an S4 so I'm pretty sure it's the same. You have to go all the way into the forum where you want to start it.

Tabs at the top, choose forums --> then choose your forum ---> menu button (bottom left on your phone) --> "New Topic"

@U.E. Cheer Maybe you can help answer these questions because there are probably a lot of us that would like to know what the deal is with those mums.

I'm clearly from the Northeast/went to HS in Bristol, CT. Where they have the Mum Festival (it's a fall harvest festival thing).

Because mums are flowers. And I was like 'WTF does a teddy bear have to do with a flower? How can a flower hurt your neck? WHAT IS THIS NONSENSE?!?!'

Then I considered the british version of 'Mom.' And I was that much more confused..
