There is talent everywhere. Certain schools / programs learn how to recruit better to fit their university, and then develop that talent.

I think we should stay away from her. I think she's over being cheer famous based off a few things I read on twitter (could be wrong though).
We had custom icons back in the day. It was actually a gif of someone prominent in the cheer industry doing a shimmy, and it became our like.
So I would look for a 'plugin' that allows custom emojis you can develop. and then see if we can make one.
Owning property and a building in a major metropolitan area is a very expensive venture. It would take more than 3 weekends or so to be profitable.
Also, when you build a building and own it you have to maintain it, upgrade it, have a staff that takes care of it... It is just expensive.
