In my opinion, cheer is a dangerous sport in general. If you can't for sure land a tumbling pass, don't compete it. You're bound to get at least one injury in your cheer career.
Hi Guys!
Just wondering, are any of you going to the Northwest Spirit Championships at the Edmonton Expo Center? I'd love to know who I'll see there, and what levels will be competing!
Thanks! :)
Vancouver All Stars junior 2 Super Twisters, small senior 2 Weather Girls, and large senior 2 Avalanche will all be there. Looking forward to it! Can't wait to see what everyone brings to the mat :)
i do know the difference, and ive been on the board for over a week i just dont sit in front of my computer all day being rude to people or "stating facts" maybe have some respect and you'd get alot further in life.
i think it is a bit rude and not fun for the second pleace team BUT its hard for the first place team to just sit there straight faced when they know they got first!
haha it does for me when i wear spankies that are the same material! i havent gotten my new uni yet so ill have to try it but my friend also told me it works awesome :)

favorite: cheer faces!! i also looove getting ready, dont know why? i also love just hanging out around the areana and seeing people from my old team
least favorite: leaving, i hate thinking theres another month till the next competition! also, when your about to compete and you see family in...
thats for sure something to talk about.. although it would be a good idea and give level 2/3 cheerleaders more oppertunities, it also could be bad. i personally dont think they should make worlds anything but level 5/6. worlds is like the cheerleading olympics it'd be kinda stupid to bring girls...
