As someone who has dealt with knee pain since eighth grade and cheered since fifth, the best advice I can give is to use icey hot before practice! It really helps. However this also sounds as though it could just as likely be normal for someone going through a growth spurt. Best of luck!

That's how my mom is in priority. She always has the I-pad and records my team.

Whenever I go to VIP seating to watch another team I always leave seats open up front for all the moms who have a cheerleader on that team that is performing. I go to the second or third row and if there's nothing open there, I will generally sit on the ground in front of the first row of chairs...

I would also like to add Xtreme Cheer CT. I remember a few years back at a local competition, my old gym was watching our youth girls perform and several of them came and supported them with us.

I think Top Gun, USA Wildcats, CA, Cali, Rays, WC and Fame are all very classy programs. ;)
