Do people actually pay that rate??? That's $1200 for ONE weekend. I think the parents in my program would walk out the door if I told them they had to pay that much for a hotel for one weekend.
I have begun looking into the option of a mini bus to transport the team should we choose to stay further out. Some of the hotels I have looked at, appear to not have very much around them. Are there certain areas you would recommend over others? Do you have any recommendations for...
Thank you. I will check with the housing company about your recommendation as it is not on our list...I think it is probably out of our budget of $150/night. We were given an option of another hotel in the same area as the Anatole, but it was only king rooms and $189/night.
I am in the process of having to choose a hotel for our teams stay in Dallas next February. I have been sent a list by the housing company of hotels that meet our budget and have enough rooms (22). Having never been to Dallas, I am a bit overwhelmed. Within our budget, there is nothing in the...
Can anyone tell me the approximate cost for athlete registration for NCA Nationals...I can't find it on their website as there is not a whole lot of info up for next season. I just need a ballpark for budget reasons.
thx.
I feel lucky compared to what I am reading with travel expenses. Our gym does one major travel comp that is still within driving distance and five/six 1-2 day, relatively local competitions.
How about for international divisions, take the top half from each country into finals? It would allow some of the stronger US/Canadian teams make finals that would normally have gotten cut by the top 3 rule, but still allow representation from all countries. It would also eliminate some of...
So is it one day at ESPN and one day at Hollywood Studios for all teams or both runs for each team at the same venue, some teams at ESPN, some at Hollywood Studios?
If you are not on the travel package, but are still staying in one of the Disney All Star Resorts, will you have access to the transportation system to ESPN?
Also, is the competition at both ESPN and Hollywood Studios?
I really like this idea, however I would adjust it as follows:
$10 to get in to WWoS with live viewing party
$25 to get in to WWoS and Jostens OR Milkhouse
$50 for all three
...having Milkhouse only an option for the most expensive tickets doesn't seem fair and also belittles the teams that are...
I know there has been talk about athlete releases from one gym to another during the competition season, but I can't seem to find the information on the USASF website. I'm wondering if any such rule exists for this season and if so, can someone point me in the right direction.
Thanks.
