Okay I don't want to read the whole thread....so why can't I get the feed, the website is down.

I so agree. We are a small gym and we don't go into the small gym division for this reason. We got a bid last year in Jr 1 and ended up 6th. I don't believe we would have been prepared if we hadn't seen how we stacked up against those "large gym" teams all season long.

We have a black floor at my gym, and it is SO hard to keep clean! I love the way it looks, but you have to vacuum it twice. The first run just pick up the hair, the second one picks up what is left. Not to mention we also have gymnastics and there is a thin layer of chalk on EVERYTHING! It...

So just to be clear. A level one team can't pass over a child in a nugget unless it is arms or legs. Also in levels 2 and 3 you are no longer allowed to jump over a nugget unless it is arms or legs.

I have always done this for level 1 & 2 as well. I think more we are having the discussion do we apply this to our higher levels as well.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before but I am curious about how "one man stunts" on an all girl team are scored. As I look toward next season should I prepare my girls to start doing stunts without a thrid base? I was under the impression that the more stunt groups a team puts up the...

I'm 26 and can still do my full, nothing more than that. Everytime I do it all I can think is ..."is today the day that I break?"

I was thinking an air mat that would go under a normal cheerfloor and still have spring to it....

I have always heard that judgeing there was off but have never experienced it for myself, until this year. I have quite the stories about somethings I was told. I had a Cheersport staff member tell me that I didn't have any transitions in my Pyramid because the stunt groups didn't move... So...

I love KT tape! I use it alot being 26 and still tumbling, it might be the only thing keeping me together. Speaking of "mental" injuries...a couple months ago I taped my shin splints and wore it while I was coaching. The next week suddenly all of my girls had shin splints....
