this is actually an amazing stunt we can do!, thank you so much! and yes, mass has insane rules, we did this flip over once and apparently it was illegal and we had to change our whole stunt sequence last minute, thank god we still won!
just a simple ball up stunt to a lib or a heel stretch? or does it need to have bracers on the outside?
this would really help a lot, for my team this year to know if its illegal!

my team runs 4 laps in our hallways and we do stairs, then we sprint down a hallway and into the gym, nobody stops running until we all get on the mat.
my coach wants us to get the shorts but I'm nervous for them because i have big thighs and i don't want them to fit wrong i like the skirts but never had shorts... yet
So my jumps are fairly high but i can't seem to get my feet together on the landing, iv tried everything and i usually end up bending my legs making them look so much worse! :( any help and advice? this only happens on my toe touches.
