Did this happen to be a level 4.2/5/5R team? I believe all of those level go against each other for bids. If a 4.2 wins grand for their division, I believe they can still get beat out by a 5 or 5R team if their scores were higher. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

As a coach I would definitely want to be informed. Every kid is different, and respond better to different coaching styles. Being aware of her situation would then gear me to change my coaching style to better serve your athlete. ETA- not in a way of favoritism or changing the rules for her...
