    All-Star Varsity Scoring: Jumps/tumbling

In the new Varsity Scoring guide they changed the wording in the "HIGH" section of the standing tumbling category for levels 3-5. "Most of the athletes participate in 1 level appropriate pass and 1 level appropriate jump/ tumbling combo." Does anyone know if this now means that additional...

All transitions can't exceed 1/4, but You can however do a round off half twist into a prone position at level 1. Hope that helps!

All-Star 13-14 Varsity All Star Scoring System

Random Question.... so in level 3 we incorporate back handspring step out, turn round off back handspring tuck into our sequence. Under the scoring would that be considered one of the 2 standing skills??? or would the handspring tuck then be considered points under the running tumbling??

All-Star 13-14 Varsity All Star Scoring System

I have never liked or used front spots unless I had extra's, and now i'm slightly confused on how it will effect my score in the basing category. My sr 2 currently has 19 girls. I plan on doing two mans but also have a more difficult sequence with alot of transitions that will need full groups...

    Level 1 Stunt

Thanks for your help! Our local judges aren't the most knowledgeable..... We haven't gotten any safety deductions for it, so I figured I should double check with someone who knows before we go to Nationals. Again THANK YOU!

    Level 1 Stunt

The backspots hold on the whole time, the bases toss and release. I'm unsure about whether their toss is too high making the skill illegal??

    Level 1 Stunt

Is it Legal in level one to have one base holding one leg in elevator, and the second base holding the other foot in a lib position?? We have performed it in several competitions with no problem but at our last competition we received a warning saying "one leg stunts cannot be held at shoulder...

All-Star Unassisted Stunting Just For Coed Divisions

Our Sr Coed 4 has five guys doing unassisted toss extensions. We figured that the release move to extension would max out our stunts along with our group sequence since it is listed on the varsity scoring guidelines. We have maxed out at all our competitions except one. I was really confused...

Also make sure you are spinning straight up and down...
