I like Coed Red or a level 5 or 6 team name... Can you all help me with a name for my sr coed level 4 team.. last year we where all girl and their name was divas and this year we are coed and we are drawing a blank.... Tiger is our theme but it doesn't have to have a catz reference in it.

yea with coed stunting the guy makes most of the adjustments. your jobs is to be tight and lift up. Also remember to keep your shoulder back slightly and don't stand on your toes..

Have you ever tried taking a block and do handstand snap down back handsprings and do the same for your tucks? if no then try it will teach you to block hard and to snap you legs through to give you the power you are missing from running tumbling. I have my kids do this before trying the skill...

It is all about technique at that point of the routine. after my team gets done who ever busted has to throw 5 tucks right then. so they can build up their stamina. Focus on your set and your pull finishing everything at the top. Good Luck!

Tiger Elite is coming but not our level 5 and 6 we are taking them to Connecticut next weekend.

NO that is why we have all-levels comp. And every year I see level 5 teams that should not be there... you have to have something for everyone to work for and a have value to it.

did the flyer start on the performance surface prior to being in the prone position? or was the flyer coming down out of a stunt?

now some events wont let you have crossovers one team crossover to another team that is more than two levels. ( example: a level 5 kid cant compete on a level 1 or 2)
