I saw on Instagram that she got a concussion before the show and she wasn't able to perform. I'm not entirely sure if this is true, but just a rumor I heard.
I love my nike pros! I have a ton of pairs(probably like 15). But then again, I do wear my soffe shorts with some spandex underneath to practice also, and I don't seem to have a problem with them giving me a wedgie. Elohel! Although I wear both, I like wearing nike pros more then soffe shorts.
What are some workouts you can do to help with your tuck? I need some help please and thanks!

I feel really lucky to not have any of these injuries! The worst thing that has ever happened to me was not in cheer, it happened during track season. I had a stress fracture in both of my shins. I was out of all sports for about a month, but cheer season was over, so I didn't have to worry...
i look online just to see what teams im agenst, then if there are teams ive never seen/heard of, then i would look them up on youtube and see what they can do. but this year ive been agenst this one team all season and we always came 2nd to them and ive never seen what the rutine is, so i looked...
these are a lot of my major ones, but heres some more that i think....
-CHEER MOM DRAMA!!!
-flyers blaming the bases when they know its their falt
-the third getting blamed for the stunt coming down
-the worst jumper, but best tumbler in the front for jumps
-slowwwwww music
-people not throwing...
i did the same thing, and i did a ice massage, you freeze water in a syrophome(spelt it wrong...) cup, then rub the ice around your knee where it hurts for 7 minutes 2 times daily. i was back and tumbling in about 2-3 weeks! when you do go back, start with simple tumbling, then go up from there!!:)
