Athlete: getting bullied by girls on my team, as well as a torn knee.
Coaching: getting bullied by other coaches( yes you read that right) , and coaching kids that were SO disrespectful.
I forgot to add this: if it gets to the point where those girls are making you not like the team or make you not want to go to practices talk to the coach. It may or may not help but it will definitely make you feel better.
As a backspot myself I would always lift up as much as I can as well as making “L’s” with my grips. I also watch YouTube videos of routines and focus on the backspots to watch how they backspot. Honestly, ask the coach before practice one day for advice on how to be more knowledgeable on back...
