I think that if you are a worlds team you should not move down. I do however feel like sometimes there are kids that have level 5 skills but not enough for a team to compete level 5 at high caliber events like jamfest, cheersport, NCA or other big nationals, so they go level 4 to be successful...

i asked people if they thought that at worlds last year..you had a major advantage if you had a paid bid..i thought that the people who didn't have a paid bid had NO chance of winning or getting near the top of the standings even if they hit a near perfect routine.
