I was really shy when I was younger, so when I was 5 they started me in cheerleading hoping I would come out of my shell after being in front of people and cheering. It did, and i've been cheering ever since. I'm now 17. (:

Confession #2 Everyday I dream about being an allstar cheerleader. I can't wait until I move close enough to a gym, even if it is for one season. I want to be an allstar cheerleader more than anything.

Last monday I was doing a round off and with the power from my rebound, I jumped into a toe touch and I landed wrong and tore my MCL. First try too! Lol. Anyone have any info on a torn MCL? I have to go in and get an MRI and see if there is anything else because i'm feeling pain in other areas...

Hit drills! :) Make them hold each move. It hurts, but it's worth it! For each move that they don't hit in a cheer or routine, make them condition for it.
