It wouldn't be that unusual - other sports and leagues have uniform rules they must abide by that are certainly a lot more restrictive than USASF's image/uniform policy.
I was interested in going to the one in Halifax, but registration was due before the schedule was released and then the price increased (still before seeing the schedule). I'm a volunteer coach so I want to see what I'm paying for before I spend my personal money on it. Hopefully they come out...
Can someone explain how the definition of "floor stunt" in the glossary:
"Base lying on performance surface on their back with arm(s) extended. A “Floor Stunt” is a waist level stunt and as an added restriction this type of skill requires a spotter in levels 1 and 2,"
jives with the rule about...
Sometimes I get my athletes to put their fingers into their shoelaces because it gives them something to hold on to.
Warning - sometimes it's difficult to get your fingers out and if the athlete loses balance she can't put her hands out to stop her fall. If trying it on the ground, make sure...

I don't know how I feel about the Western uniforms. To me, they don't seem as "iconic" as their previous ones. Also, the run 1/2 uniforms look very similar to each other and I almost don't see the point in having two of them.
On the other hand, they are still pretty cool, if a little on the...
King It would be interesting to find the 'threshold' division size (at NCA, at least), since the correlation was so strong on Day 2 and 0 on day 1 in the small division you referenced.
It's not just cheerleading Worlds with these international rules - Jordyn Weiber cried pretty hard at the Olympics because she didn't make individual all-around finals. But those are the rules.
You do the best you can, but at the end of the day if you're not top 3, you're out. There are some...
