so when the routines over and everything hits perfect. calmy put down your last stunt...remove yourself from the floor....go outside to the baseball/soccer field...proceed to freak out, scream, high five, celebrate, hug, collapse, take a victory lap, cry etc.

she needs to do the stunt repeatedly but put a coach or older cheerleader behind to spot her until she hits it consistently. Extra work is key. Every stunt group in a routine should get extra work in somewhere
on a mat or tramp put your hands up and bend already and throw handsprings without swinging your arms back.
If you can do that then when you come out of your roundoff you just push off your toes and do the handspring
The gym i work at now had a vending machine, which is INCREDIBLY convenient since I'm stuck there all day. I just wish they had more healthy choices in them

abs also center around what you eat and drink. Personally i eat a well balanced diet, I avoid fried foods and fast food. I do not drink soft drinks ever. I don't eat alot of cake or cookies or anything. Also drink lots and lots of water so your entire system gets run well.
as far as workouts...
we switch between the style with a huge poof with a straight pony and a huge poof with a curled pony. I personally think the straight looks better as long as the hair has alot of volume
