I had my full last summer but i lost it because of my back injury.:( On the days that i can't go to tumbling i want to do something to help me! ( I want to get my ro bhs full by this summer!) Does anyone have any drills to help fulls that i could do at home?

I'm having trouble with my poofs at practice and competitions. I usually make a ponytail and set aside hair for the poof, poof it, and then put on a bow to keep the extra poofed hair with the regular ponytail. But, when I tighten my ponytail during practice, my poof always falls or gets messed...
