In the UK its about £1.40 per litre.. about 4 litres in a gallon so that is... £5.60. In dollars that is about 9 dollars!!! I drive to practice twice a week (luckily in an economic car..) about 20miles average round trip.. plus all my regular driving.
So my team for some reason has decided to implement 2 and a quarter downs from prep/extension (double down with quarter turn of stunt) instead of just a straight double down for our level 4 team.
I used to be able to straight double from prep but just lost the technique of it when my bases...
I try to always wear a bow that matches cause its part of our set coloured training wear. However i do have a few that aren't matching colours so i wear them to university and other practises etc :D

Ive had shin splint for years due to in school running on unsprung floor doing hurdles etc...
Then Ive torn both my hamstrings doing the splits (4 years apart though) so now i cant heelstretch on either leg but my toetouch is in a dead middle split.. Baffles me to be honest!
