I agree. My team has long-sleeved uniforms, plus I'm planning on putting a flesh-colored bandaid over it in case the sleeve rides up.

Yesterday I got a tattoo on the inside of my wrist. It's a magenta lightning bolt (Harry Potter style), about an inch and a half long. As a college flyer, I was just curious to see how many other college cheerleaders have tattoos and/or other cheerleaders' opinions of them!

I was excited about this show until I realized that it was going to turn out like another Dance Moms. I'm sick of watching feuds between parents and hearing them trash-talk about each other. I wish this show focused more on the actual sport instead of the fabricated drama.

Running and squats (with and without weights) would be your best bet! Sometimes I do wall-sits while brushing my teeth, just so I get a quick workout in. Just be sure to be dedicated and keep at it!
