I think it distracts from the whole team if it's a large, noticable tattoo. Same goes for wild dyed hair. Super dper distracting. One of the (midde school) girls I coach has some pink streaks in her hair. I'm hoping she'll re-dye them before competition, cause they are driving me inasne!
my favorite is curled half up half down with a poof. but it NEEDS to be pulled out of your face!
but my gym traditionally does high ponytail with a poof. it just irritates me so much when people can't do poofs. watcha video or just ask for some help!
i drive 20 minutes, but i would be willing to drive an hour. possibly two. but there are girls from my gym who drive an hour and a half to come to practice.
i think a lot of people forget that it's QUALITY, not quantity, that matters. i'd rather have an amazing, difficult routine, than a cookie cutter routine because i was the team they only half choreographed.
drink AT LEAST 64 oz of water a day (you'll have to pee A LOT when you start, but your body will get usesd to it)
jog.
eat CLEAN. that doesn't mean 100 calorie snacks, that means food that is as close to it's natural state as possible (fruits, veggies, etc)
