Our coach has this saying "TTDBTR" trailer trash down by the river, so sports bras would not even be an option

As our captain application we have to write our coaches a letter about what we have contributed to BHS cheer, what our leadership style is and how we envision next year as a captain and/or senior leader.
I want to make this absolutely perfect, so any constructive criticism is welcome...
i need examples of things like "what's the tea?" Phrases that make no sense to outside people, but seem perfectly normal to people like us.
PLEASE RESPOND ASAP! ;)
try to go on a trampoline and do tuck jump, star jump. if you do it correctly eventually your toe touches will rotate under.
last year my TT's weren't more than a 45 degree angle and now they're almost yper flexed
im on cheer ad gymnastics and we can wear sports bras for gymnastics but not for cheer. our coach is really conservative so it's to her discretion. But we tuck in our shirts to our sports bras so much its like actually wearing a sports bra. ( but with the extra BLEGH of a shirt)
we have monday and wednesday for 2 hrs and then sunday for 3, i wish we had more!! we could be so much better if we had more practice. the team that beat us last year at state practices every day for 3 hours and 90% of them do all star. it's hard to compete against especially because we rely on...
our pyramid has back tucks, as long as the middle flyer is braced on both sides and she stays connected until she contacts with the base group again its legal
my team doesn't wear matching outfits or bows or anything, and even when we have special practices where we match, we still dont wear bows.
it's just sad cause i literally have like 25 bows
scorp flexibility is only shoulders and hip flexor so make sure you stretch those. always make sure you're warm, and the more you pull it the more you'll have it.
today we got our comp routine. i was just recently put as a flyer on my high school team and our stunt sequence is, kick full basket, (two bases and a back, no front!!) giddy up to opposite lib, tick to stretch, scorp, scale, full down.
I'm really nervous because i don't exactly have the best...
IMO every girl should have an equal chance at flying, but obviously shorter girls are more likely to fly.
longer/leaner limbs look better in the air but taller flyers can be difficult, it's all how they hold their weight.
it totally depends on the school. some schools are doing full ups to lib and giddy ups and some can't even hold a prep.
my rival school dropped a thighstand at their last assembly :(
