I agree. I'm on Prodigy and the energy was ridiculous. We couldn't have done it without all the people in the crowd. I hope the energy will be there for all our competitions to come!

I have three tips. 1) in backhandsprings throw your arms. Obviously don't bend then or let your head follow. 2) out o your round off try and pull your feet through to front and lock out 3) hurtle forward and stretch your round of to increase power

I usually don't pay attention to senior 3 much but I know that UA Royals has been doing pretty good this year so Far. Thy hit the score sheets pretty hard so if they hit they should be pretty set :)
