Going to start with not breaking her arm this season.
Already on the highest level team at our program (SR4) and she made her middle school team so she's happy in that respect.
Trying to get her double back (mental block), perfect her PFSO and get her whip full.
Team goals finally win Cheersport...
Comfort above all so break the shoes in before if you can or have her wear a pair she already has.
It's not, and shouldn't be, too serious at that age. I always say if you can get on a Tiny team on the floor without anyone crying or peeing their pants it's a win.
Enjoy the journey, keep it fun...
It's not a huge surprise. The days of just throw it are long gone.
With trying to get "validation" for Allstar and the concentration on safety and concussion protocol watering down isn't an accurate description.
They are forcing gym owners to do what they should have done all along. Encourage...
You’re right I forgot about the rule of not discussing kids that aren’t your own. I’m just passionate about fitness and, as a Dad, of young girls getting the wrong message.
I would like to see more positive influences when it comes to health and exercise from strong female role models.
I apologize.
Good God you guys are missing my point entirely and focusing on the food too much.
Is she a role model? Yes.
Do young girls, the type who look up to her, struggle with body image? Yes, some but not all.
What I’m saying is she claims to have a passion for fitness. She has over 100k follows on...
I’m not insisting everyone who is thin shared what they eat.
I’m suggesting someone who is intentionally in the public eye show the process as a benefit to those who look up to them.
If you post a selfie with the caption “Hard work=results “ show the work.
Peeping her Instagram I’m more concerned for the younger girls who are following her.
As a gym rat and amateur bodybuilder I know the amount of dedication and hard work it takes to achieve a nice physique. The selfie of her in the gym bathroom it seems her body type is similar to a female...
Wow that never crossed my mind.
CHEERSPORT Nationals is certainly classic for doing this exact thing. Scores from one hall and even one day to the next are always the subject of a side eye.
I won't say my expectations are low I would say they are realistic.
I initially had high hopes for my CP because she took to tumbling very easily at a young age and even at age 10 has a great stage prescence. Well at least through dad's eyes. So of course she was going to be the next Gabi...
I can't get me head around why a gym of that size would field an XS team in any division.
Why not just go large or is this just another way to try and get more first places and Summit bids? I also see there isn't a SR2 team.
Not to sound snarky but that makes zero sense.
I honestly don't have an issue with a SR aged girl wearing a posh pony especially worlds teams.
The only time I was SMDH over them was when I saw a MINI 1 team with EVERY SINGLE KID with one I just about lost it. It's getting out of hand.
