What teams are going to NCA College Nationals as Small Coed Intermediate? It's a new division in the past there was no cap on males in the intermediate division. DePaul University is this year!
level 6 stunting IS difficult. yeah anyone (hopefully) can do a 2-2-1 but not all of them will be pretty or done with good technique. also, basics don't win competitions. difficulty does. you're not going win against SFA with just a 2-2-1 and rewinds to cradle. not a lot of teams can master/has...
it's legal, unfortunately a lot of teams do that especially at bigger competitions. it's actually commonplace. which doesn't make it ethical. so it's no different when a team with strong collegiate tumbling and stunting skills competes in the intermediate division. it's not fair to people who...
i sprained my ankle this year and the trainer at my college gave me strengthening exercises to do some including resistance bands. It tooks weeks for it to feel better. i wish i would've been more on top of doing the exercises because I still have issues with my ankle now. They gave me a brace...
"smart" or "unfair?" hmmmm.....
lol
that's like a solid level 5 team competing in level 3 at NCA All Star Nationals to "increase their chances of success."
i don't get the no standing tucks either :p and yeah, legal high school inversions are legal, i just think that like in HS, they have to be assisted at all times.
there's restrictions. for example, you can't do running fulls, or any twisting tumbling, no double downs, no 2 1/2 pyramids, no inversions, no standing tucks. basically like high school level.
i follow them on insta too but I was watching intermediate videos from last year and was surprised to see they competed in that division last year. Maybe they won't this year but they did last year for sure.
DePaul University is competing coed intermediate D1 this year.
and U of North Carolina @ Charlotte, Georgia Southern and Kent State are also intermediate.
So is WVU club cheer
yeah, are arabians and onodi's legal in the intermediate division at NCA College Nationals? I'm not sure bc there's technically a twist in their :p
for combos passes what are really the options? punch front through to layout? whips, front handspring stepouts?
Where can I find where all the exact rules (tumbling, stunting, pyramids, etc.) for college cheerleading on the basketball court for bball season?
I know them for the most part but I just want to keep up to date. Also, my team does not know them and I want them to read them so they have a...
