    I think it's legal but I wouldn't advise it because as a flyer I can tell the backspot does the majority of the actual catching... If your girls can do it then it's fine but it's a bit risky. Make sure they're fine with it.

    I've had my scorpion for a long time and I stretch all the time but I just cant get my knee to lock out in my needle. Do you have any advice on good stretches to try that might make this easier??

    when the team has different levels of flexibility on their scorpions it bugs me... you should try and make them look as similar as possible!

    Stretching Advice Please?

    I stretch a lot, basically every day. I have all three splits, both heel stretches, my right bow n arrow, and my scorpion. But no matter how hard I try, I just can't get my needle. :/ Does anyone have any advice on good stretches to do to get your needle? Thanks so much!!

    I've done the same thing. I'd start picturing what skills you want to get, and imagining yourself doing them well, and then maybe you'll want to work towards them more? Remember that you're only going to get better at tumbling if you try hard. Good luck! xx:)
