It is pointless because haven't responded to one thing I have said with any validity. AGAIN...sorry that's the way it works in Idaho but just because that works that way there doesn't mean it's the case here.
There's nothing to change my mind about? You haven't said one thing that pertains to the team I am talking about. And I did understand perfectly what going to worlds completely unprepared and finishing practically last did to some of the girls on that team.
"The ONLY way to push their teams and become a Level 5 team was to go for it." I completely disagree. How about becoming a top level 4 team first and then go 5R and then level 5? What's the rush to be level 5 if you're not ready for it?
And excuse me but you were the one that said, and I quote, "I would love to see you put a fully furnished level 5 team together. When the next closest town is 2 hours away." Not to mention that the next closest town to Salem is not two hours away. There are girls that drive 2 hours each way PAST...
I think sweeping is a great overstatement. I believe they maybe beat Thunder once in the two years they were both level 4 so that's not sweeping Oregon and the second year champion was in level 4 they took last at the ATC national competition. Also, they went to Dallas (NCA) two years in a row...
How is that rude? They openly posted it themselves! And I will tell you one thing, if I ran a gym, I wouldn't be a level 5 team until my team was ready for level 5 skills. This gym was amazing at levels 2 & 3 and pretty decent for the NW in level 4. What's wrong being amazing at different...
This is an example of what I was talking about earlier. I can't believe anyone would want the public to see this but it's a public post so I guess they don't care!
What I was saying about them being international has nothing to do with them being "level 4". They're all amazing international teams. I'm just saying international teams have a harder time getting bids than the other divisions. Wow.
A) Four of the six teams from the gyms you mentioned are international teams. B) I see these Oregon and Washington "level 5" teams every year, I know what I'm talking about.
This competition is a classic example of why level 4 teams end up at worlds. I was really hoping that with this comp giving out bids this year that it would draw some outside talent.
One team I am curious to see however is Thunder Elite small coed. They had a great run in Dallas in level 4...
